Broccoli

You can sauté your broccoli in a pan with a small amount of olive oil with fresh cut up onions and fresh garlic or you can put you broccoli in a oven, season it with a little olive oil and fresh garlic. Both ways will give the broccoli a nice taste. One way nice and soft and one way nice an crispy.

Exercise 6 Days

Guess what? You need to engage in medium to high intensity exercise for 6 days per week for at least 45 minutes per day in order to see some results. GET MOVING!!!  Know one said this was going to be easy.

Come up with 5 to 10 different meals to start with and then rotate out some different ideas every week for variety. Also, buy enough food for the week.

Million Excuses

We all have a million excuses for not wanting to exercise on the 12 week Slimdown for Health Challenge. Like ** Hectic schedules, poor body image, exhaustion, time, rain, snow, body aching, don’t feel like it; the list goes on and on. The fact remains that if you don’t exercise, you’re not going to have a healthy body. You won’t burn enough calories, your metabolism will get out of whack, and your muscles will weaken. All of these things add up to an increased likelihood of serious illness. Start exercising!!

Day 4 on The Challenge

*Drink you WATER! *Keep moving throughout the day.-.Don’t sit down much.-.Do something like move your legs up and down at your desk.-.Wave/move your arms all around. *Eat clean/healthy throughout the day. *Exercise 45 minutes a day. Break it up in 10 to 15 minute intervals in order to get it in, in case you can’t do the whole 45 minutes at one time.

Day 2 on Challenge

Once you get up this morning- the very first thing you need to do is have a glass of WATER. Then go get ready for work, school,etc.- then have a bowl of  Total Cereal or another healthy cereal of your choice with a bowl of fruit. Remember, to get in 45 minutes of exercise today. Let’s start day 2 off right.
