Contestants

To the contestants this is your 2nd week on the challenge. Keep focus, keep moving ahead. Remember, to eat Healthy, no bread, no cheese, no junk food of any kind. You want to eat a clean diet. Make sure your getting your exercise in at least 5 days out of the week. Get your correct amount of WATER in each day, and lastly get your proper amount of sleep in each night.
