Day 4 on The Challenge

*Drink you WATER!

*Keep moving throughout the day.-.Don't sit down much.-.Do something like move your legs up and down at your desk.-.Wave/move your arms all around.

*Eat clean/healthy throughout the day.

*Exercise 45 minutes a day. Break it up in 10 to 15 minute intervals in order to get it in, in case you can't do the whole 45 minutes at one time.
